2.1.1.8: Monitor Driver Log Data

This process shall monitor driver logs for the vehicles managed by a particular motor carrier. This process shall support initialization of the logging devices. This process shall monitor the received driver log data. This process shall provide data to the fleet manager or carrier representative in order to review logs, provide annotations, and recommend changes. This process shall provide the aggregated driver logs to the appropriate adaministration processes. This process shall alert the administrative processes if there are any issues or malfunctions with the electronic driver log (EDL) devices.
