commercial_vehicle_intersection_priority

This data flow contains data necessary for a commercial vehicle to be given priority at a traffic signal controller that is for a particular set of intersection control signals. The data flow is sent directly from the commercial vehicle to the intersection controller, which is assumed to be capable of giving priority to the correct phase(s) for any received priority request.
