special_vehicle_alert_for_vehicle

This data flow contains an alert to be distributed from a transportation information center to vehicles that a special vehicle (emergency response, tow truck, snow plow, etc.) is in the vicinity or approaching the host vehicle's location. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
