This data flow is date to be sent to another roadside device (another intersection controller) and contains status, fault, and control request information for a roadside indicator. It is used for coordination between peer roadside indicators when request to preempt or give priority for right of way at an intersection is needed – emergency, transit, maintenance, vulnerable road users, or oncoming trains is covered.
