maintenance_vehicle_intersection_priority

This data flow contains data necessary for a maintenance vehicle to be given priority at a traffic signal controller that is for a particular set of intersection control signals. The data flow is sent directly from the maintenance vehicle to the intersection controller, which is assumed to be capable of giving priority to the correct phase(s) for any received priority request.
