m_and_c_signal_priority_given

This data flow is sent from the Manage Traffic function to the Manage Maintenance and Construction function. It contains confirmation that the requested traffic signal priority has been given to maintenance and construction vehicles, e.g., snow plows, throughout the road network served by the function.
