alerting_vehicle_traveler_response_alert

This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function in order to notify travelers that a vehicle is in the vicinity that requires special attention from drivers. This may include data from an emergency management agency or directly from an emergency vehicle responding to a scene or some other type of specialized vehicle that drivers should be aware of, e.g., tow trucks, transit vehicles, maintenance vehicles, etc. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
