personal_stolen_vehicle_registration
This data flow is used by the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to register a vehicle with a stolen vehicle recovery service. This will enable a traveler's vehicle to be identified, tracked, and recovered when notified. It contains account setup information to associate an account with a vehicle owner and vehicle DMV registration. The data flow also contains vehicle identification number (VIN) so that the registration of the equipment to a specific vehicle can be verified and confirmed by comparison with vehicle characteristics.
