vehicle_signage_road_diversion_details

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic and Provide Driver and Traveler Services functions. It contains information for use by in-vehicle signage units to be distributed to drivers approaching an area with a road diversion or detour and provides the application's operational status (whether it is currently on or not) and the road diversions or detours, perhaps to adverse weather conditions.
