connected_cv_roadside_ramp_priority_request

This data flow is sent to the Manage Traffic function from the Manage Commercial Vehicles function and contains data necessary for a commercial vehicle, e.g., truck or dray, to be given priority at a ramp signal. The data flow is sent directly from the vehicle to the roadside equipment near one or more ramp signal controllers, which is assumed to be capable of giving priority to the correct phase(s) for any received priority request.
